Starter Plan
7-day money-back guarantee
Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase.
Pro Plan
30-day money-back guarantee
Full refund if requested within 30 days of purchase.
Enterprise Plan
60-day money-back guarantee
Full refund if requested within 60 days of first payment.
How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple:
- Email support@answerbuddy.com with subject "Refund Request"
- Include your account email and order ID (from your invoice)
- Optionally, let us know why you're requesting a refund (helps us improve!)
- We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days
No questions asked. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund you—it's that simple.
Refund Processing Time
- Refund approval: Within 24 hours of request
- Processing time: 3-5 business days
- Bank/card credit: 5-10 business days (varies by bank)
You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. The credit will appear in your original payment method.
Important Notes
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method only
- Your license key will be deactivated upon refund
- Unused sessions cannot be refunded separately; only full plan refunds
- Refund window starts from the date of purchase, not activation
- For recurring plans, you must cancel before requesting a refund
After the Refund Window
Refund requests made after the guarantee window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We're understanding and will work with you if there are exceptional circumstances.

Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused sessions. All refunds are for the full plan price. If you've used some sessions and want to request a refund within the guarantee window, we'll still process a full refund.
Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation
Stops future billing but you keep access until the end of your current period. No refund for the current period.
Refund
Returns your payment and immediately deactivates your account and license key.
